Andromeda Information Technology Company provides AndroHealth as a software solution for healthcare facility management. Services include:

• Hospital and clinic information management system
• Integration with NPHIES platform
• Technical support and training
• Continuous updates and maintenance

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All information provided must be accurate and current
• Login credentials must not be shared with unauthorized parties
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Acceptable Use

You are prohibited from:

• Using the service for illegal purposes
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the system
• Copying or distributing the software without permission
• Introducing viruses or malicious code
• Unauthorized access to data
• Violating others' rights

Intellectual Property

All rights reserved to Andromeda Information Technology Company. The system, content, and trademarks are protected under Saudi Arabian intellectual property laws. No part of the system may be used, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Saudi Riyals unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice
• Payment is due according to the selected plan
• Late payment may result in service suspension
• No refunds after service activation (unless specified in contract)

Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.

Data and Privacy

Your data is protected according to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We comply with all Saudi healthcare data protection regulations including Ministry of Health and NPHIES requirements.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. The Company's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Andromeda Information Technology Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Termination
