Treatment documentation integrates with the EMR, allowing dentists to record procedures, attach before/after photos, and create treatment plans. Electronic prescriptions are sent directly and linked to the patient record.
Insurance claims for dental procedures are submitted through NPHIES with proper dental procedure codes. The billing system supports dental-specific fee schedules, package deals for multi-visit treatments, and payment plans via Mada, Visa, Tabby, and Tamara.
