Health Cluster System

AndroHealth Health Cluster System provides enterprise-level management for healthcare groups operating multiple hospitals, clinics, or medical centers across different locations.

The system uses a hierarchical organizational structure — parent organizations contain child facilities, each with their own departments, locations, wards, and beds. Patients can visit any facility in the cluster and their complete medical history travels with them.

Management dashboards show KPIs across the entire cluster — patient volumes, revenue, appointment utilization, and insurance claim status — with the ability to drill down to individual facilities, departments, or care providers.

NPHIES integration is configured at the organization level, so insurance transactions work seamlessly regardless of which facility the patient visits. Financial reporting can be consolidated across the cluster or broken down by facility, department, or time period.

User management supports cross-facility access — a specialist who works at multiple locations can use the same credentials and see patients from all their assigned facilities.
