Session scheduling is configured with longer appointment durations typical of therapy sessions (45-60 minutes). The system supports recurring appointments for ongoing therapy, with automated reminders that respect patient communication preferences.

Treatment documentation in the EMR captures session notes, treatment plans, medication management, and progress tracking over time. The case management feature links all sessions and encounters to a patient's case, providing a complete longitudinal view of their treatment journey.

Psychiatric prescriptions are handled through the electronic prescription system. Insurance claims for mental health services are submitted through NPHIES. All actions are logged in the audit trail for compliance and confidentiality assurance.
