AndroHealth One Day Surgery System is built for ambulatory surgery centers that perform same-day procedures — from minor surgeries to endoscopies and laser treatments.

The system manages the entire surgical day workflow: pre-operative assessment with clinical checklists, surgical scheduling with operating room allocation, consent management with digital signatures through the integrated Signit platform, and post-operative monitoring before same-day discharge.

NPHIES pre-authorization is built in — submit authorization requests for surgical procedures electronically and track approvals before the patient arrives. Insurance claims are generated automatically from the surgical encounter.

The day care ward module tracks patient status through each stage: arrived, pre-op, in surgery, recovery, ready for discharge. Vital signs recorded by nurses flow directly into the EMR for the surgeon to review.

Billing supports surgical packages — bundled pricing for procedure + anesthesia + supplies — with automatic insurance share calculation and multiple payment methods.
