Rehabilitation Clinic System

AndroHealth Rehabilitation Clinic System is configured for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and rehabilitation centers that manage patients through multi-session treatment programs.

The system handles session-based scheduling — each therapist has their own calendar with configurable session durations. Patients are booked for recurring sessions as part of their treatment program, with automated SMS and WhatsApp reminders.

Treatment progress is documented in the EMR after each session, building a complete clinical picture over the course of rehabilitation. Therapists record exercises performed, patient response, vital signs, and plan adjustments.

Billing supports session packages — patients can purchase a bundle of sessions at a discounted rate. The system tracks availed and remaining sessions, with the ability to extend package duration. Insurance claims are submitted per session through NPHIES.

Referral management handles incoming referrals from hospitals and other clinics. The system tracks referral source, reason, and links the referral to the patient's case for complete clinical context.
